In our initial consultation we will go over your fitness history, goals, and desires. I will give advice thatwill guide you in the “wright” direction. There will be absolutely no pressure to buy a personal training package. My goal is for you to leave our consultation with a better understanding of where you are at currently and what it will take to get you where you want to be.
I recommend that you bring a list of questions you may have to this consultation, as well as notes about any exercise you did and a log of your meals and snacks for the previous 3 days if possible (I know this may be difficult, but it will be extremely helpful for the consultation. Be as honest and complete as possible when logging your meals and snacks.)
After your consultation, I would like to schedule a sample workout so you can get a feel of what to expect with each session. As your trainer I will develop a better understanding of what it will take, from my end, to ensure your success. Also, I want my clients to be confident in their selectionof a trainer and in their overall return of their investment.
**You will work out during this session so you should arrive ready to exercise!
If you decide that training is for you, we will then create a workout schedule. Our workout frequency will be determined by, but not limited to, your availability, budget, fitness goals, and your self motivation. Scheduling is a critical aspect of your fitness development and having time slots that work with your existing schedule will ensure your success. |
